Policies

Rate includes
Full daily breakfast in our Restaurants. Welcome Margarita cocktail upon arrival. All rates are quoted per room (based upon double occupancy), per night. A 18% tax is applicable and a 10% gratuity is added automatically unless declined.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation and 50% at time of check-in.

Minimum Stay: A three night minimum stay is required on all reservations. Exceptions can be made by contacting our reservations department.

Cancellation: Cancellations will be refunded only if suite is rebooked, and will be repaid 30 days after checkout as per reservation. A $100 administration fee will be deducted to all cancellations.

Children
Guests over the age of 18 are welcome. We accept younger children only when the party books the entire hotel and takes total responsibility for their wellbeing. The hotel is not designed for children without supervision and we do not provide the required services.

Round-trip airport transfers
One round-trip per room is included in the room rate for a 3 night minimum stay. Both guests need to arrive at the airport at the same time to take advantage of this offer. Flight information is essential to provide excellent service.

Early departures
If the length of stay is shortened on a reservation or an early departure is made within the cancellation period, the guest will be charged for the entire stay as confirmed upon arrival.
